Murder on Mondays: Poirot Investigates A Radio Live Arts Audio Drama Experiment
Have a little mystery with your cocktail.
This summer, join Radio Live Arts for Murder on Mondays, our new experiment of live audio drama performances, this time in partnership with Broad Table Tavern in Swarthmore. As the shadows lengthen each Monday evening in July, the clues begin to surface. Attendees are encouraged to grab a drink at the bar and settle in for a 30–45 minute performance that delivers a self-contained mystery, perfect for a quick evening out or a preface to a fabulous meal.
Our debut series, Murder on Mondays: Poirot Investigates, brings Agatha Christie’s legendary detective to life in a rich soundscape of suspense, charm, and razor-sharp deduction.
Performed by Jared Reed and Robert Smythe, each story delivers a standalone mystery with recurring characters and irresistible intrigue. Whether you’re a longtime Christie fan or new to the world of Poirot, there’s no better way to spend your Monday nights.
Live performances will be held at Broad Table Tavern in Swarthmore on July 7, 14, 21, and 28 at 6:30 PM. Tickets are $10 to reserve a seat, or free at the door BUT there are only 10 seats per performance!
